Apartment has 2 bedrooms. In one bedroom are 2 single beds which can be set up in double as well . In other room is double bed. Fifth person sleep on comfortable sofa in a living room. There is also fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and terrace.
Apartment is on the ground floor.
Bed linen , towels and essentials are provided.Guests have free access to all facilities and services available at the luxurius apartment, belonging terrace, as well as swimming pool and a specific parking space on the ground floor. Deposit: 250€
(will be returned at the end of your stay if no damage was made in the apartment )

1 Upon your arrival you can move in from 3 pm.
2. When your stay is over please leave the apartment until 10 am.
3. At the beginning of his stay, guest has to give the 250€ refundable deposit and is fully responsible for all damage of the property.
4. When leaving the apartment please close all the windows, lock the door and turn off all appliances.
5 .Making noise is strictly forbidden between 23:00 and 08:00.
