Apartment is spacious on two leveles. On down level are 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living area, bathroom with shower and lovely terrace with beautiful sea view. On the upper floor is third bedroom, one more bathroom with shower and large roof terrace also with amazing sea view.
Bed linen, towels and essentials are provided.Guests have free access to all facilities and services available at the luxurius penthouse, belonging terraces, as well as swiming pool and a specific parking space on the ground floor.Deposit: 350€
(will be returned at the end of your stay if no damage was made in the penthouse)

1 Upon your arrival you can move in from 3 pm.
2. When your stay is over please leave the apartment until 10 am.
3. At the beginning of his stay, guest has to give the 350€ refundable deposit and is fully responsible for all damage of the property.
4. When leaving the apartment please close all the windows, lock the door and turn off all appliances.
5 .Making noise is strictly forbidden between 23:00 and 08:00.
