Apartment has 2 bedrooms. In both bedrooms are 2 single use beds which can be set up like double as well. Fifth person sleep on comfortable sofa bed in a living room. There is also kitchen, living area, bathroom with shower and terrace.
Apartment is on the first floor of modern villa.
Bed linen, towels and essentials are provided.Guests have free access to all facilities and services available at the luxurius apartment, belonging terrace, as well as swiming pool and a specific parking space on the ground floor.Deposit: 250€

1 Upon your arrival you can move in from 3 pm.
2. When your stay is over please leave the apartment until 10 am.
3. At the beginning of his stay, guest has to give the 250€ refundable deposit and is fully responsible for all damage of the property.
4. When leaving the apartment please close all the windows, lock the door and turn off all appliances.
5 .Making noise is strictly forbidden between 23:00 and 08:00.
