On the upper floor are two bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Beds are single but can be set up like double as well . Sea view from terrace & pool sundeck is beautiful! Apartment is next to the pool area. Pool is shared with other guests from the same villa.Guests have free access to all facilities and services available at the luxurious apartment, belonging terrace , pool area as well as a specific parking space on the ground floor.We will be glad to meet you and will be at your disposal for any information and help during your stay.Grocery & bus stop with lines to popular Zrce beach are next to the property. Closest bar & restaurant are 30 meters away. Atm is next to the property.

1 Upon your arrival you can move in from 3 pm.
2. When your stay is over please leave the apartment until 10 am.
3. At the beginning of his stay, guest has to give the 300€ refundable deposit and is fully responsible for all damage of the property.
4. When leaving the apartment please close all the windows, lock the door and turn off all appliances.
5 .Making noise is strictly forbidden between 23:00 and 08:00.
