Description
Apartment has 2 bedrooms. In one bedroom is double bed and in the other are two single beds. Two more people sleep on comfortable sofa bed in living room. There is also fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower + extra toilet and spacious terrace with table, chairs and grill. Bed linen, towels and essentials are provided. Apartment is located on the ground floor. Guests have free access to all facilities and services available at the apartment, belonging terrace, as well as a specific parking space on the ground floor. During your stay we will be present in Novalja and we will be very glad to help you with all informations and requirements. The centre of Novalja is just on few minutes by walk. There, guests can find restaurants, bars, shops and other night time entertainment. Main bus station is 800 metres away, while the nearest airport is Zadar Airport, 80 km away. Bus stop with links to famous Zrce beach is 500 meters away. We hope you will enjoy the Croatian hospitality ! House rules
1. Upon your arrival you can move in from 3 pm.
2. When your stay is over please leave the apartment until 10 am.
3. At the beginning of his stay, guest has to give the 300€ refundable deposit and is fully responsible for all damage of the property.
4. When leaving the apartment please close all the windows, lock the door and turn off all appliances.
5 .Making noise is strictly forbidden between 23:00 and 08:00.
