Description
There are 4 rooms & 2 bathrooms with shower. Rooms are located on the first floor of lovely house. Entire first floor belongs to them with private entrance so guests can have max. privacy. Rooms are very spacious, three of them has its own balcony with table and chairs. Each room has its own fridge. There is also free wi fi, bed linen & towels are provided. Guests have free access to all facilities and services available at the rooms, belonging balconies, as well as a specific parking space on the ground floor. During your stay I will be present in Novalja and I will be very glad to help you with all informations and requirements.

House rules
1. Upon your arrival you can move in from 3 pm.
2. When your stay is over please leave the apartment until 10 am.
3. At the beginning of his stay, guest has to give the 300€ refundable deposit and is fully responsible for all damage of the property.
4. When leaving the apartment please close all the windows, lock the door and turn off all appliances.
5 .Making noise is strictly forbidden between 23:00 and 08:00.
