Apartment is on the second floor of modern urban building with spacious terrace. It has 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, spacious living room with dining area where is extendable sofa bed and one additional bed, fully equipped kitchen. Guests have full access to all rooms of the apartment as well as to the whole range of facilities/amenities offered and belonging terraces. From the moment of the reservation until you get back home you always be able to contact me. I will do your check in and provide you with all the useful informations about Novalja and our island. You´ll have access to my personal cell phone in case you need further assistance or any emergency. Main bus station is 350 meters away. Bus stop with lines to popular Zrce beach is 100 meters away. Free Parking is available in front of the property.

1. Upon your arrival you can move in from 3 pm.
2. When your stay is over please leave the apartment until 10 am.
3. At the beginning of his stay, guest has to give the 350€ refundable deposit and is fully responsible for all damage of the property.
4. When leaving the apartment please close all the windows, lock the door and turn off all appliances.
5 .Making noise is strictly forbidden between 23:00 and 08:00.
