It is a part of brand new building with 3 more apartments with whom guests share the pool. Apartment is located on the first floor. Bed linen, towels and essentials are provided. Guests have free access to all facilities and services available at the apartment, belonging terrace, as well as a specific parking space on the ground floor. Apartment is part of brand new modern complex/villa with 3 more apartments. Bus stop with lines to popular Zrce beach is 100 meters away. Free parking place is in front of the property.

1 Upon your arrival you can move in from 3 pm.
2. When your stay is over please leave the apartment until 10 am.
3. At the beginning of his stay, guest has to give the 300€ refundable deposit and is fully responsible for all damage of the property.
4. When leaving the apartment please close all the windows, lock the door and turn off all appliances.
5 .Making noise is strictly forbidden between 23:00 and 08:00.
