Apartment is spacious, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen ( cooking utilities, toster, kettle, oven, cooker, dish washer, fridge, freezer, microwave ), living area where is extendable comfortable sofa bed for 2 more people and garden terrace with a heated pool where guests can peacefully relax during the day. Pool is shared with other guests from the same villa. It is on the ground floor. Apartment has free wi fi, air conditioning & parking place. Bed linen, towels and essentials are provided. Guests have free access to all facilities and services available at the luxurius apartment, belonging terrace, as well as swiming pool and a specific parking space on the ground floor. During your stay we will be present in Novalja so we are happy to help you with all your inquirements.

1 Upon your arrival you can move in from 3 pm.
2. When your stay is over please leave the apartment until 10 am.
3. At the beginning of his stay, guest has to give the 350€ refundable deposit and is fully responsible for all damage of the property.
4. When leaving the apartment please close all the windows, lock the door and turn off all appliances.
5 .Making noise is strictly forbidden between 23:00 and 08:00.
