The villa holds three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, a functional fully equipped European style kitchen, living room with also an outside dining area /large covered terase with big traditional grill to a sun deck and a 30 sqm pool. At the end of the garden is another terrace where you can enjoy a cocktail during the amazing sunset. Villa features free wi fi, A /C in the living room and all bedrooms and private safe parking space in front of the Villa. Bed linen, towels and essentials are provided. Guests have free access to all facilities and services available at the luxurius villa, belonging terraces, as well as outdoor area with swiming pool and a parking space. During your stay we will be present in Novalja so we are happy to help you with all your inquirements.

1 Upon your arrival you can move in from 3 pm.
2. When your stay is over please leave the apartment until 10 am.
3. At the beginning of his stay, guest has to give the 400€ refundable deposit and is fully responsible for all damage of the property.
4. When leaving the apartment please close all the windows, lock the door and turn off all appliances.
5 .Making noise is strictly forbidden between 23:00 and 08:00.
