Description
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and gadgets such as stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, toaster and kettle. There are three bedrooms with spacious closets, air conditioning and their own TV. The two bedrooms are furnished with a king size beds and the third one has two single use beds. The living room can also accommodate two people on extendable sofa bed . Special attention has been paid to the quality of the bed mattresses . A special top mattress is available to be placed on the sofa during sleep.
Apartment has two bathrooms with shower. Guests have free access to all facilities and services available at the luxurious apartment, as well as a specific parking space on the ground floor. We hope you will enjoy the Croatian hospitality and we expect due regard to our luxury apartment and the future visitors. We will be glad to meet you and will be at your disposal for any information. Mandre is a small village where you can peacefully relax in crystal clear Adriatic sea and in the same time you are just in 8 min on famous Zrce beach , main party zone. There are nearby bars & restaurants.

House rules
1 Upon your arrival you can move in from 3 pm.
2. When your stay is over please leave the apartment until 10 am.
3. At the beginning of his stay, guest has to give the 400€ refundable deposit and is fully responsible for all damage of the property.
4. When leaving the apartment please close all the windows, lock the door and turn off all appliances.
5 .Making noise is strictly forbidden between 23:00 and 08:00.
