Description
The penthouse is on the second floor of an urban building in a newly built neighborhood. There are 3 comfortable, airy and sunny bedrooms (two in the front and one in the back) with all the necessary amenities. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals.
There are two bathrooms with shower as well.Guests have full access to all rooms of the apartment as well as to the whole range of facilities/amenities offered and belonging terraces.

1 Upon your arrival you can move in from 3 pm.
2. When your stay is over please leave the apartment until 10 am.
3. At the beginning of his stay, guest has to give the 400€ refundable deposit and is fully responsible for all damage of the property.
4. When leaving the apartment please close all the windows, lock the door and turn off all appliances.
5 .Making noise is strictly forbidden between 23:00 and 08:00.
