Description
The penthouse is on the second floor of an urban building in centrally located neighborhood. It is very spacious .There are 3 comfortable, airy and sunny bedrooms with all the necessary amenities and 3 bathrooms with shower .The penthouse has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals. Sea view from terrace is stunning! On terrace is bbq which guests can use as well. In the garden is nice modern pool ( shared ) which can be use from 9 am to 9 pm. Guests have full access to all rooms of the penthouse as well as to the whole range of facilities/amenities offered, belonging terraces and pool. From the moment of the reservation until you get back home you always be able to contact me. I will do your check in and provide you with all the useful informations about Novalja and our island. You´ll have access to my personal cell phone in case you need further assistance or any emergency. Supermarket, bars, restaurants and bus stop with directly lines to popular Zrce beach are on few min by walk. Closest beach is on 5-6 min by walk.

House rules
1. Upon your arrival you can move in from 3 pm.
2. When your stay is over please leave the apartment until 10 am.
3. At the beginning of his stay, guest has to give the 450€ refundable deposit and is fully responsible for all damage of the property.
4. When leaving the apartment please close all the windows, lock the door and turn off all appliances.
5 .Making noise is strictly forbidden between 23:00 and 08:00.
