Apartment is on the 1st floor of the brand new modern villa. There are 2 more apartments in the villa. Apartment is very spacious and bright with fully equipped kitchen, living area where is extendable sofa suitable for two persons, nice terrace with lounge seats & table , four bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom with shower. Bed linen, towels and essentials are provided. Guests have free access to all facilities and services available at the luxurius apartment, belonging terrace, as well as swiming pool and a specific parking space on the ground floor. During your stay we will be present in Novalja and we will be very glad that we can help you with all informations and requirem. Apartment is perfect located, close to city center and all important facilities like supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops, bus stop with lines to popular Zrce beach etc. Pool is shared with other guests from the same villa

House rules
1. Upon your arrival you can move in from 3 pm.
2. When your stay is over please leave the apartment until 10 am.
3. At the beginning of his stay, guest has to give the 300€ refundable deposit and is fully responsible for all damage of the property.
4. When leaving the apartment please close all the windows, lock the door and turn off all appliances.
5 .Making noise is strictly forbidden between 23:00 and 08:00.
