The luxurious house is equipped with every comfort. The terrace is equipped with a heated jacuzzi overlooking the sea; lighting with a choice of colors will help you create your own idyllic night. Comfortable sun loungers, a BBQ as well are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and gadgets such as stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, toaster and kettle. There are four bedrooms with spacious closets, air conditioning and their own TV. All bedrooms are furnished with a king size beds. The living room can also accommodate two people on extendable sofa bed . Special attention has been paid to the quality of the bed mattresses . A special top mattress is available to be placed on the sofa during sleep. Guests have free access to all facilities and services available at the luxurious house, as well as a specific parking space on the ground floor. During your stay we will be present in Novalja so we are happy to help you with all your inquirements. Mandre is a small village where you can peacefully relax in crystal clear Adriatic sea and in the same time you are just in 10 min on famous Zrce beach , main party zone. There are nearby bars & restaurants.

1 Upon your arrival you can move in from 3 pm.
2. When your stay is over please leave the apartment until 10 am.
3. At the beginning of his stay, guest has to give the 300€ refundable deposit and is fully responsible for all damage of the property.
4. When leaving the apartment please close all the windows, lock the door and turn off all appliances.
5 .Making noise is strictly forbidden between 23:00 and 08:00.
